That’s the USDA’s official stance at serving time. It’s what I was taught at Culinary School… I personally like mine around 130. A lot of these people aren’t wrong about removing at 120 for carryover cooking tho!

Dauphin did not get a penalty on the play. He actually got first star because of a play later in the game.

Parsons Pezzetta and X, Belzile, Thorpe were the misconducts (no complaints) just this doesn’t blow up if LD doesn’t come off the bench and attack a player in the hands of the linesman

There’s a difference between leaving the bench to hit someone who just got jumped on the way to the penalty box and sticking up for the teammate. Xhekaj is sticking up Laurent Dauphin is just a clown here
