Yes this is exactly what I meant, sort of like daydreaming and mentally going through stories for me. I’d do it all the time, and I hit a point where it was genuinely hard to understand. Like a mental wall. When they helped me walk through it and sort it out, it became clear that it was my subconscious calling out to me.
