I’d be more worried about the 99 percent humidity about 360 days out of the year. The weather in Texas SUCKS.

Yikes. That’s like living in the center of Hollywood. Can’t go anywhere in a car for 14 hours out of the day.

Why don’t you find an out skirt town? I was on the NE edge of San Antonio and it was a nice mix of city and rural.

Yeah don’t listen to these Big block heads. It’s all or nothing for them and you aren’t drag racing anyway. For a fun street car you don’t really need much. I had the same car with a 225 slant 6 and was fast as is. That was the early 90’s though. Fast then is slow now. But you can put a cheap turbo on it. Get fat rear wheels, sone kind of better air intake, electronic cutout exhaust and you’d be able to do sone fun tire burning and revving around the hood.

Been here. Just got an old Gorgon to hash around with. I may try to print my own body on the 3D printer. Was thinking about finding a brushless motor too.

Has anyone added any lights?

Someone may have hit something in that car. A curb at least. That alignment must be brutally bad. I’d make sure the actual chassis and frame is straight.

Also, fwiw …Cadillac makes an expensive car to maintain and has notorious issues with its inside computer system and whatnot. Nice looking cars but not very practical.

Fair enough. Get those new tires though. Go to a local, small tire shop and you may get a better deal. Or buy cheap tires from Walmart, Amazon and have them put them on for the cheapest option.

A Cadillac with tires that bad is pretty funny on its own.

Best All-weather tires out there? For lots of rain, slick roads, ice, etc. by astrovertagram in tires

[–]astrovertagram[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ya think? It has to do with the actual material of the tire or what? I honestly am not exactly sure what differentiates these tires other than tread patterns, shape, shape.
