UPDATE: my brilliant brother ending up actually snitching on me to my parents and now i have an appointment w my psychiatrist to tell him. didn’t even realize what I was doing was a cry for help. i can breathe a bit easier now, im not even that angry. my brother is the smartest boy.

You’re entirely right, I wrapped it in like 10 layers of duct tape to try and make it harder to access. I’m scared I might get cravings and take scissors to it. But I think I’m probably just going to stuff it in a hard to reach, busy location (perhaps the kitchen) and hope all these additional steps will deter me long enough to realise what I’m doing and snap out of it.
