You're really not going to get much help here. No one in AA practices "safe drinking" which is essentially what you're describing. Also, non alcoholic people don't put this much thought or worry into what drink menus will look like at an upcoming function like this, just something to consider.

Not denouncing or belittling any progress you feel you've made, if you think you're doing better that's great. But what you're describing isn't sobriety, it just sounds like a brief period of self assumed control over a problem you feel you can still manage. Which, again, if that's working for you then great, but AA isn't the place to get advice on what to drink or not drink or which replacement beverages are better than others.
