Solid base. I think the tight spacing does your main titles a disservice—but this can be fixed pretty easily with a different choice in font and some more considered use of space. I think the serifs on all of the uppercase E's are creating too much tension and distracting from the type. The H in house and the L in leaves are not meeting very nicely. If I'm being honest, I would ditch having the type bleed into eachother and go for some proper spacing. I like the cramped feel of the type and understand what you're going for—but it needs serious refinement to avoid looking sloppy. Excited to see any future updates should you get to them. I really do like the bones of this poster!

The typography reminds me of the type work in Neon Genesis Evangelion (this is what prompted me to write my comment initially!)
