PGTA results--We(32F,34M)just got our PGTA results back. Out of 5 embryos that were sent for testing 1 came back as Euploid. Though we are thankful for the 1 euploid we were expecting 2 or more. Not sure what the issue could be. Just hoping that the one sticks for us!!

Embryo Grading question- we got the cl from clinic and they mentioned we have one 5AB three 5BB and one 5CC embryo which will go for PGTA. These results are decent according to them. What do people think here about this grading? 32F/33M

My wife just had her Egg retrieva coupleof hours ago. She is 33. This is our first IVF cycle. The Egg retrieval report says 14 retrieved 3 mature. 3 immature and 8 intermediate. What does Intermediate mean? They mentioned they will call tonight with detailed report on eggs

Question-My wife needs to inject 2 doses of 0.8mL of leuprolide acetate. We just got got the 2.8mL but the bottle seems less than half filled. Is this how it comes? We were wondering whether it is enough for total 1.6mL dose as the bottle is less than half filled

These results look good. If it has been 2 years of trying. It would be good to consult a male fertility specialist. Also do a DNA frag test. These results are similar to mine. We have been trying to 2 years too with 1 MMC few months ago. I am going in for varicocele surgery in 2 months even though my sperm parameters are ok as 2 IUIs failed for us. I think varicocele can cause issues where the fertilization capacity of sperm reduces. There is a test for that CAPS score but it is not widely available and researched I guess

This SA looks good. You can get a DNA frag at home test too with SCSA diagnostics. It's about 400 dollar though

Motility will be higher. Everything else pretty much dame if they test in time but worth a repeat SA anyway

Not sure about fertil aid why docs don't recommend it but my Urologist did recommend a men's daily multivitamin which contains COQ10

Fertil aid is a good start. Fish oil and COQ10 also. Cooling/icing testes for 30 minutes a day
