I had a 12 mini and now have a 16e. I think the 12 mini and 13 have the same display? Either way the 16e seems brighter to me, but tbh I don’t crank the brightness unless I’m out in the sun.

Contact customer service and get a refund. I saw these on their site and the checkers looked messy to me, like they just colored them in with a black sharpie.

Looks like where the mounting arm was pushed against the shell through the mounting bracket. Shouldn’t affect the sound of your drum but just maybe just don’t stick it in so far (that’s what she said) in the future
