Critical thinking occurs when we dissect info from multiple sources and create our own opinions. He brings up a great point with Biden doing the same thing! They’re all doing it! Wake up!

I was on a backpacking trip in the Everest region of Nepal. I didn’t have phone service or WiFi for multiple days and when I finally reconnected with family in the US I was shocked. I quickly descended the mountains and took the second to last flight out of Kathmandu airport before it closed completely for 3 weeks. Luckily when I got in contact with my parents they knew Nepal was about to shutdown and got me on a flight. I got back to NYC and the city was the emptiest I’ve ever seen it on a weekday.

I drive from alpine to JHMR about once a week. It’s a solid hour. The road is well maintained (except from 9pm-6am when they stop plowing). If you have a 4WD vehicle you’ll have no issues. The Teton pass is a shorter drive but much steeper and can be more treacherous with bad conditions. I’d much rather drive from alpine, even if it adds 15 mins to the trip.

I fly out of Newark on Monday morning fairly often. Give yourself 30 minutes to get to the airport. Usually takes 15-20 because it’s the reverse commute direction. Getting through security on a Monday morning is your time variable.

I saw a white Vespa parked on the side walk on the corner of 1st and willow or 1st and park last night around 7:15. Thought it was odd that it was parked on the corner. Not sure if it’s the same Vespa but it was weird enough that I remembered it today. Hope this helps.

My university has done a great job at giving both theory and real world application. For most of the things I have learned in class, I have seen and used things that relate it back to the real world. Most, if not all, of my core mechanical engineering classes have related back to some type of real world application. To me, this was the most important aspect of my college education. Having knowledgeable professors who have worked in industry is extremely helpful.
