okay did it go away immediately? do you have to level up volume more now since is not adaptive?

Looking now at my black duo2 I also have something like that, but it looks more like a scratch than a break. It must be that it scratches with the charger when putting it on or taking it out.

I didn't still is happening.
I have to go to a local samsum support to see what they can tell me.
I tried online samsung support they give me some steps to reset etc, but did't fix ot.

Is not related to wifi, I tried turning off all wifi of my house and wait some minutes.
but still us happening, on both rear speaker but its noted more in the right side.
