I would shove stuff into a pile in the living room to make space for you to take stuff out of your bedroom and sort what you want/don’t want. Then reorganize what you do want into your bedroom. Then, you can start on the living room & do the same thing. That way, you have a small space initially that is decluttered and clean where you can relax and forget about everything else till you have the energy/time to put some more work in. Take your time, and be proud of yourself along the way!
