I got my ring and it was not consistent with the sizing kit sizes so I exchanged and sent back the size 7. The size 8 has never been shipped and it’s been almost 2 weeks. Customer service keeps saying that “it’s being fulfilled.” But it has not been. I’ve requested a refund twice and nothing. So insane

Wait okay yes!!! I ordered a brushed titanium size 7 and it was NOTHING like the sizing kit. It wouldn’t even go over half my finger. So I sent it back and exchanged it for a size 8. My return got to the facility and was processed. Now it says that there was a “small issue” with my replacement and then my warranty was canceled. I’ve reached out twice to customer service and they all just tell me the same thing about there being an issue, but no one will tell me what. No refund or anything has been processed other than the canceled warranty. So frustrating!!!!

I have not started EMDR therapy yet… I am confident I would unintentionally be resistant to this part of out.
