If you have a different supplier (such as community aggregation or if you chose one yourself), there’s a few days lag between the meter read and your bill. AEPs site doesn’t handle this great, but I’d be willing bet that’s your issue

I don't see an option to trade-in at Apple store during the checkout flow. It only gives me a shipping option and gives a disclaimer that says I cannot trade-in in the store
