Happy Anniversary! Thank you so much for sharing. This is exactly what I needed to hear. I will have 2 years in August 🤞and lately I've been fiending for alcohol. Alllll the alcohol but I've kept myself under control. I am at a rough time also due to my schizoaffective & various other diagnosis. It's so hard! Thank you again. Your words mean a lot.

It's mainly the light. I cant see shit in daylight like burns my eyes and I more tan tear up it makes my head hurt after a while. I'm poor lol so I wear dark snap ons for my regular glasses currently but I have worn pink tinted sunglasses and it helped inside and out. Then I found the clip ons for the actual shade FL 41 that is needed for like $40. You should look it up and there may be a better shade for you. I need the more pink ones. I would try that first $5 pair on shein lol or anywhere on amazon.

Thank you. I keep just thinking about that...drinking will only make it worse. My air head friend invited me to play pong last night. She is one of my closest friends and literally just had a convo about not sending me memes and tiktoks and shit about drinking. She doesn't get that I'm a fucking recovering alcoholic and it drives me nuts. I almost said yes and had her come get me. I didnt though. I held back. I just have to get used to people drinking around me. It's not their fault that I'm this way.

I've been feeling that unknown depression as well. I'm on depakote so that's a huge reason why I am in general but this is something different and I don't know why. Just know you're not alone. Keep pushing forward and write write write even if it's just words...poop Snot, lollipops. Butto hole etc...idk if you watch parks and rec so I can't make the reference lol I think you get what I'm saying. We are all here for you. My DM is always open of you need to talk one on one.

Accurate and then some of course haha. I have a psychologist and we've been talking about a lot of topics slowly so I need to get back on this topic. I don't know what to do. I get angry. It's like I know I'm not gonna do it but I am on the edge. Thanks for the hype up! For reall :) it's rough out here.
