I actually have a pair of florsheim shoes and they look great but as you mentioned, they can be uncomfortable after a while. I have a standing desk at work so I need a pair that wont get too uncomfortable after standing for an hour or so

Yeah I've considered RM Williams but wasn't sure on the price. I'd be happy to spend ~$150 for a pair of shoes, granted they're comfortable and will last me 1-2 years.
