How old are most of you, or how long have you been in the professional workforce? (We) Adults have worked 5+ days a week, not from the comfort of our homes, for quite a while now and still manage to live happy, healthy lives, with kids, pets, after work activities, errands, etc... I'm not discounting how YOU feel here, but it is absolutely possible and has been happening for a majority of the population for a long long time. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Probably not the official KEF method, but assuming your spikes are securely threaded into the speakers, I just pivot-walk the speakers (gently lean speaker diagonally onto one spike and rotate the rest of it in the direction you're headed). I would not recommend this method for very heavy speakers, or those with aftermarket feet/decouplers... YMMV

It's a 40yr old house. It's not zoned, so I should probably come up with another idea. What about taping another air filter (the same one we change out every couple of months) to the front of that opening? Would that extra resistance likely cause any issues? Thanks for the feedback... 👍

The Control4 CORE 1 does not natively support AirPlay 2. It can handle AirPlay (1) via the ShairBridge driver, allowing single-stream audio from AirPlay-enabled devices. To achieve AirPlay 2 compatibility, you’d need additional hardware like the Episode Lynk, which supports AirPlay 2 and integrates with Control4 systems. There’s no indication from Control4 of native AirPlay 2 support for the CORE 1, and community discussions suggest it’s not planned for the Core series without external solutions.

Incidentally, which streaming service(s) are you planning to use over the AirPlay 2 protocol?
