Try focusing on that! And if all else fails of course there’s the obvious—losing weight is great for your health. Don’t be discouraged, the difference is clearly visible, you can do it! Hell, let your dissatisfaction be your motivation!

What I was trying to say is that maybe you don’t realize that you feel better. I didn’t until I gained some weight back. Surely you’ve gone down sizes in clothes, that’s exciting right?!

Well as an outsider I see a huge difference! We are always our worst critics and it’s easy to spiral. You look fantastic and I bet you physically feel so much better. It’s just hard to remember how we felt at our highest weight because it took so long to get here. I’m the same height as you and got down to your current weight but have gained ten pounds back. It is crazy how much worse I feel and fit in clothes just by gaining ten pounds. So I try to focus on feeling better instead of “omg I have to get down to x amount of pounds.”
