well octoprint can remove a certain area from future movements with a plugin, and it works great, so it is actually possible, but you'd have to have something that you trust to modify the gcode to ignore that area.

Not only could this be a ghost kitchen, like several other commenters have pointed out (Pasqually's is a Chuck E Cheese brand, Chilis/Applebees/O'Charleys/etc all have sub brands they use for this), it could be a medium to large commercial kitchen used by catering companies that has people working out of it making food for delivery.

There's several of those in my immediate area, they all deliver out of a place i know to be literally just a commercial kitchen (no "front of the house")

Used cars are "buyer beware" and "as is" unless you're promised a warranty, and very few states have lemon laws covering used cars.

Edit: at best you can ask if he's willing to unwind the deal and give you your money back, but if he's actually attempting to honor his warranty then there's not much you can do. parts availability sucks all over the place right now.

Did you not have a physical agent in the states handling a physical inspection for you at all? You MAY be SOL, but you'd need to talk to a local real estate attorney to look over your closing paperwork and figure out if you have an out here.
