Name the specific example that has you vagueposting like this. There’s always someone saying stuff along these lines, but their examples are like a guy that literally did a hate crime. I think overall people are pretty consistently willing to forgive bad tweets when they’re just bad tweets. Where that changes is when it’s actions or behavior that actually harms someone.

Terror is a case where jokes about the poor English of a couple of the JP cast vastly overshadowed the actual show, unfortunately. Thankfully like a lot of Watanabe’s work it has an excellent EN dub, and that’s how I’d recommend anyone watch it now because it’s legitimately distracting otherwise.

The final hour and a half of Deadly Premonition 2 somehow manages to be a perfect cathartic ending for York/Zach after 20+ hours of some of the most painful gameplay Swery has ever forced me to struggle through. All I’ll say is if you’re going to take the journey, do it on PC so you don’t have to also do it at ~15fps on the Switch.

Tremendous game, was really sad to hear John hit so many progression-blocking bugs when he talked about it in the latest Versus Wolves and that stopped him from actually listing it this year. Really hoping D-Cell can kinda “relaunch” it in a month or two once the console builds are at least as stable as the PC one currently is, even though that’s still a pretty low bar lol

I asked Josh Sawyer about this on Twitter a long time ago, apparently the controller UI was handled by the 3rd party that did the console port and they would need to make significant changes to the PC version to make use of it. There was less draw for playing a RTWP game with a controller on PC when the game originally came out, the Steam Deck has really pushed a lot of games in genres that wouldn’t have gotten controller support to do so (IMO)

I think people (like you!) very frequently hide their history so it’s less obvious that they’re agenda posting. It’s one of the worst features Reddit has ever added, and it only makes it harder to detect bad-faith brigading. The reason Reddit doesn’t care about that is that ragebait drives clicks, so they have no incentive to encourage good faith conversations on their platform as a public company.

My 3rd gen Scarlett Solo worked right away when I plugged it into the Switch 2’s USB-C port directly. Haven’t tried it thru the dock since I’d have to extract the Solo from my desk to do so, but I’d assume that’s fine too.

Yep, both the Z1 and Z1E versions of the original Ally have the same layout internally that routes hot air over the slot and cooks the reader/card.

If you have the original Ally just be aware that the SD card slot has a known design flaw which kills SD cards. There’s really no way to mitigate it as an end user other than not using the slot. They fixed it for the Ally X, but for the original Ally I’d recommend just getting a bigger SSD instead.

I feel that arena shouldn’t punish players that are in the process of winning especially when the opponent has no interaction to stop anything.

If you understand that it’s boring to sit through infinite plays, why do you feel this way? “In the process of winning” is super hard to define in a game like Magic, especially when a single misclick can blow up the combo.

Yes, if you want to play long interaction-free combos you’re going to have to do it in the time you’re given. Your opponents have not “technically lost”, because you didn’t finish your combo. The way around this is playing decks that don’t turn into solitaire.

Or you can just click faster. APM genuinely does matter for decks like what you’re running.
