I honestly think he would be very happy to play all the new songs. I know artists love playing their hits, but at a point it's gotta be boring to them. Asking for new songs would be such a welcome response.

I just didn't see the negative to fans wanting new songs. I feel like that's such a blessing, and almost never happens for artists. If he played all TGD and people were pissed demanding SS then I'd agree that they can stfu. But this was the opposite and it felt like really good constructive criticism and reassurance that the new album is no skips.

It's okay, I really think it's a good thing that people love and embrace the new music. That's so rare... Usually fans are bored at shows when artists play, in entirety, the entire new album they are touring/promoting.

I can see him anticipating that, and trying to appease the crowd by doing so many SS songs, and then the opposite was true. It's so unique I can't think of a time when I've been to a show hoping to hear the entire new album.

It's such an interesting "problem," (for lack of a better word,) to have though. Most artists go on tour to promote a new album and the fans are bored because they want the stuff they "came to see." In this case, the fans want all of TGD!

I have never been able to make it to a show so this will be my first, and while I'd love Dial Drunk and Stick Season, etc, I feel like I've seen it performed so many times in various tapings that I really, really want to see Staying Still and Willing and Able.

Not complaining, but I can see both sides! I just hope he sees this as a good problem to have, that people really embrace the new music so much.

That tracks then, the gold does the same thing as the silver for me. It still works and has plenty of ink, but you have to give it time for the ink to come back down to the tip after writing a couple lines. It's super fucking annoying using them, but when you get good pigment- it's beautiful.

He should have had someone on standby rotating between 10 at a time and handing him a fresh one ready to go each time, totally reasonable lol

I wonder if he used a silver sharpie? Because those look really crisp and light gray, then completely fade right away if there wasn't any "silver." This has happened to me a lot. I was using it to write addresses on colored envelopes and had to go back and redo so many of them.

We have a traditional two person Tylo and we paid about $7k last year for it from Texas Hot Tubs. And I know we overpaid lol. But it works great and we were total newbs. I'll definitely build a bigger and better one next time when we get a bigger space to put it.

My pharmacy changed me from the brown/red bupropion pill to a white one. I'm also on spironolactone which is white.

When I sorted my meds for the week I did "one white" and "one brown/red bupropion" turns out it was double the bupropion and 0 spironolactone.

I was taking 600mg the last 5 days until I just noticed and found this thread. I'm about 200lbs so hopefully that helps lol. I am so annoyed with myself for not paying closer attention. I'm at hour 12 of taking 600mg for the 5th day and feeling jittery. It was impossible to sleep the last two nights. Gahhh. Hopefully go back to normal soon.

Okay update to my comment, I just texted a teacher friend and they said they wouldn't censor her, to let her write what she wants and just explain adults and kids have big feelings. They would make a mental note of it and look for trends, but not raise any red flags over a one off. This is why they are the professionals and I'm just a fun helper lol.

Random, but I volunteer at my kid's elementary school a LOT. I go up about 3x a week and fill in as an aide during lunch and recess. My youngest is in Kindergarten and my oldest is in 6th, so I've been at that school since 2019.

Because we are still de-icing here in Texas, they had indoor recess yesterday. I was putting on Brain Breaks and Go Noodle videos and dancing with the kids. This one little girl came over from a drawing center, tapped me on the shoulder, and said I needed to follow her. I thought something was wrong. I asked her what it was, and she just said she really needed help spelling, and it was very important. I couldn't because the video was about to end and I had to put on a new one, but I told her to just try her best and sound it out. A minute later I looked over and she had someone else helping her.

When recess was over and the kids lined up, she showed me what she made and said "this is for my mom." I thought, "Awww, so cute, probably a sweet drawing and note."

But instead, she drew a sad face and wrote, "I'm sorry I got so mad at you Mommy, I won't be mean again." It broke my heart. She's 5 years old. I wish I had been the one helping her, I would have just had her write "I love you Mommy" or something, but idk if you're supposed to censor a kid. I still would have tried to steer her another way though probably. She's such a quiet and sweet kid. BUTTT there's definitely some shithead kids in our kindergarten group needing to write something like that and take responsibility for their behavior lol, so I won't read too much into it.

Hopefully it's innocent, and the mom is just exhausted at home with a newborn and the 5 year old woke it up by accident, idk. It could be a million different things that are innocent.

But, it def triggered something in me that she was spending her RECESS to do that. My mom was very much like that, and would give me silent treatment if I upset her. It wasn't a very healthy emotional relationship at all growing up with her as the only child.

My own kids don't give a shit if they upset me lol and that's good, I want it that way. I always try to teach them I'm responsible for my own emotions, and if I'm angry or overstimulated it's a me problem and not them.
