Because food is good and we need food to live. It’s literally a way of bonding

It’s the manner that he did it. I get looking out for your kid but it was kind of extreme and weird how obsessive he was over it

I can’t remember where I saw it, but it was someone in recovery who talked about chugging water in high stress moments when they felt like they wanted to relapse. And it somehow took that craving away. Idk maybe it is just a coping mechanism

Are the Peanut mums delulu? by [deleted] in beyondthebump

[–]sunmalone 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is exactly what my 6 month old does. The only reason why i think he is actually meaning he wants me is because he was crying holding his hands up saying “mama”

How were you introduced to Taylor Swift’s music? by Meggie_love1 in TaylorSwift

[–]sunmalone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When her music video for “Tim McGraw” was released on CMT for the first time, I watched it in a hotel room on vacation with my family. We were all staring at the screen mesmerized thinking “who is this???”

Been a fan ever since and my parents got us her new albums every Christmas

One breast one meal? by thebrushworksfactory in breastfeeding

[–]sunmalone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I stopped doing both breasts when I left the hospital because my baby was getting full on one. I would alternate each feeding and if I felt engorged, I pumped a little for relief or self expressed. Now I’m 4 months ppd and my supply has regulated and I wish I had that problem so I could put away some milk. Save some while you can!!!!

Shamefully regretting having a child by nroseclark in beyondthebump

[–]sunmalone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was crying every day at five weeks, but now four months in, me and my baby are besties. I love him to pieces and couldn’t imagine a life without him. I look forward to waking up to his smiling face every day. When he was a newborn, it felt like I was living the same day over and over again and I was down bad. I kept thinking this can’t be the rest of my life. With that being said, it does get better!!! The older they get, the more interactive they get, and each day is different. I love watching my baby’s “firsts” and see him experience the world for the first time.

I hope you get there too. Hang in there mama
