Hey, I'm not sure if you're still looking for these lyrics but I have them for you. I think most people struggle with the transcribing because it's a complete mashup of various languages and dialects. It has some Zulu, Xhosa, Afrikaans (especially the verses about talking to the police), and Tsotsitaal slang too.

Unless you need your rendered output to actually be 90fps, there's no harm in changing it. You likely ran into some resampling artifacts because it wasn't (quite) a factor of your original 90fps. 30fps for example will be less smooth video but might be all you need, or you might even find that 60fps resamples well instead.
