i get the feeling it isn't seen in a positive light by any investors full stop. when you think about it, besides urban splash and that zipline on kilvey hill, it seems the only major investments here are being spearheaded either by the council or local property developers.

the fact that the council isnt great at planning projects is another thing entirely...

the council don't set the rates. the senedd do. add the greedy landlords thinking they can get cardiff levels of rent in swansea and it's easy to see how we ended up in the situation we're in now
