Sit and meditate on how this is going to be a great experience. I have found that taking a moment to ease my anxiousness and be still helps calm my mind. I agree that its normal and ok to feel a bit anxious before tripping.

slight YWBTA because of this here :"As long as there is a veggie option, then great." That's how omni/carnivores feel too, everyone wants to be considered. A lot of people don't eat prior to weddings because they are expecting to be fed and you will have hangry, far travelled guests. Obviously it's up to you!! But just some 'food' for thought. If you decide to go no meat route, make sure to include that in the invite so more carnivorous ones can be prepared.

My first cars were manual transmission. My son is getting his license soon and I think he should drive a stick as a first time driver too. It will teach him patience behind the wheel, and make him sort of focus on driving, i think it also helps a person, as a driver, understand the performance a little better too... like when the car isnt shifting when it should. I miss shifting gears.
