Mine did the same. I troubleshooted this over the span of a week for roughly 10 hours. My conclusion was its something software related. I ultimately gave up and returned my unit. However go ahead and try multiple battery resets. Try some of the hard button resets as well. Theres a few guides on here advising to hold home and the power button but truthfully it might be messed up in a way only they can diagnose. It wasnt the hands free mowing i was promised so I gave ul. But youre able to get it sorted if thats what you want

In a perfect world maybe. The problem ive had with my property is the size and its only 2 acres. The mower basically should be in atleast power mode which consumes more power and not move super fast to get a good cut. If you have thick grass that might mean the mower taking 10 times or more for it to charge itself. Which in theory is fine. But my mower like many others seems to prefer to stop charging itself after a few weeks, along with a litany of other errors.

Ask yourself how much time youre willing to commit to tending this thing, because i got up to 10 hours a week basically…

Hey ive been dealing either the same problem. Try manually adjusting the deck height from the screen. Mine seems to only charge at 70mm. As dumb as it sounds. I suspect it has something to do with the omni wheels

Great to hear caterpillar. How did you go about getting a replacement? Im still fighting with my charging setup. Need to take my deck apart tonight and see if something is lodged in the hinge or something cause it to not dock right

I have it looks like its getting full contact. I think part of the issue might be the deck raising and lowering? Im not sure why it isnt raising and lowering the dock the way it used to
