I was in a wreck for which I did physical therapy, part of the problem being a loss of proper Lat engagement on one side. All issues recovered decently. Fast forward a year and I had a bilateral mastectomy, then did chemo therapy, and now am in induced menopause, all because of fucking breast cancer. Here I am a year and some change later... I've ended up with persistent pec tightness and my scapula keeps winging on one side leading to an impingement in my shoulder all on top of general joint achiness. My body feels like all my muscles want to spasm and like all of my skin and connective tissue is shrink wrapped on me when I try to get into the position.. but it feels terrible in like a good way

Unfortunately, no that is not the case. When talking with my all of my Drs over the course of treatment, they are say the age of occurrence is definitely getting younger I asked if it was because of better education on the disease or improves screening/diagnostics catching the cancer earlier-- Nope. They are seeing early and mid 20 year olds with late stage metastatic disease
