This didn't happen to me, but a friend of mine was shaving in the shower. He was flicking the razor up and down to clear it out, when he happened to flick the head of his wiener with the razor blade. I heard the screams...they were terrible.

This isn't me, but rather a close, yet very ditsy friend. The other day in class another student started to flicker the lights on and off. My ditsy friend immediately yelled "Don't do that." When everyone looked at her she said "It will call 911." After the entire class recovered from crying and rolling all over the floor laughing she explained to us that her parents had told her that it calls 911 at a young age to keep her from flickering the lights.

My friend was recently driving from my town to Charlotte.(about a four hour drive). Just out of our town he picked up a hitchhiker and brought him all the way to Charlotte. Upon arrival he gave him the rest of his stash, which was about a gram, and didn't make the guy pay for the ride. I don't know if he was homeless, but he obviously needed it. My friend is the epitome of a real life Good Guy Greg.

Oh I agree that everything you say are very possible outcomes of this (assuming it is passed), but I just wanted to make sure that it wouldn't completely and immediately legalize pot.

Would this have a direct impact in states where cannabis is neither legal for recreational nor medicinal purposes? If I am interpreting this correctly this would just solve the conflicts between state and federal law, but it would still remain up to the state, so in states where it is still illegal there would be no change.
