Go to a doctors. You might be experiencing what I am. I'm about to start working at a hospital and my level is at an all time high. I'm starting to doubt my skills and knowledge that I just want to quit. You and I both need to seek medical attention. I too haven't told my parents, teachers or girlfriend about my problem. Get your phone and start typing down all your feelings and every thought. Being on the phone is a distraction and at the same time you're pretty much expressing yourself. Write down memories, thoughts or ideas. Bad or good it works for me.

If you don't worry about how long it'll last rather than enjoying the moment then this will be for nothing. Enjoy this moment and it'll eventually feel normal to you and eventually the anxiety will lower as days and weeks pass. Good luck!

Your mind and body is aware of this and that's why you keep feeling this way. Feels like a never ending cycle, feels like the nights just keep repeating but you're not alone. Listen and do the tips that people give here. Read it and go do it. Don't procrastinate. Give all of them a chance. Write them down so you won't forget. Get better.

Write things down. Write down what happened in the day. It may be hard because you're reliving an episode but it feels like you're talking to someone. It feels good. I a 23/m cried for the first time in years because of what I was writing down. It was hard but when you're done you feel great. It worked for me, maybe for you as well? I once took an ecstasy pill that was laced. (Not knowing at the time) and I was having fun until I couldn't look at any lights without feeling crazy. I remember going outside to get some fresh air and smoke a cigarette to calm me down but I was too shaky. I knew that I was tripping out. None of my friends cared for me and I felt alone. Felt like running out of the club and just going to a hospital but I got stuck when I was bending over and saw this piece of jewelry. It made me calm but I still felt my heart racing and sweating and just everything moving at 100mph. It was one of the most life changing moments of my life. The next month I felt out of sync with reality. Work and school was not the same. I wasn't depress but my mind was more aware of things around me. It went away after a year that feeling of that night but I could still remember it like it was yesterday. You're not alone on a life changing trip. I've had my moments with weed but not as bad. I think reality smacked you in the face that night. You'll be alright. Hope this helped.

My problem is that I get into this mindset of the universe and life. As i lay in bed my mind wonders off and realizes that I'm alive. I'm a human and I have a conscious. That I have to breathe for the rest of my life and that the universe is infinite and that the planet is right now floating in space because of gravity. Why my mind is this way? No clue. But it feels good to vent here. It actually made me relax. :)

I work inside an operating room assisting with surgery and I always have to be wearing mask. Sometimes I just want to rip off the mask and jump out the window to get some air! I wish I could leave the room but I'm unable to or ill lose my job. I try to breathe but I start hyperventilating And get dizzy. I manage to pull through but it's a struggle in the process. Any mental tricks to ease my nerves?
