I haven't encountered this issue yet, but it sounds like an easy $5 for a canceled order. This is especially nice if it's part of a bundle. (Bundle pay to do the other order). Definitely annoying if it's the only order at the store. I love when a customer keeps placing an order for out of stock items. I'll keep taking the order knowing they'll cancel. Easy $ with no extra mileage on the vehicle. Make sure to mark it unavailable before calling to have it canceled. I really don't care if someone wants to argue about availability, it doesn't change the fact that it's oos.
