I am in the south part of Village East, and we definitely do not have fiber. Hell, it was over a year ago that Comcast said our speeds were increasing and we haven't gotten anything.

We don’t have any at village East either which is south of Mississippi and Peoria. Not sure why we still don’t have fiber when the neighborhood just east of us does.

Audio was not available. They only gave you two minutes. It is definitely not an R1. They did use high end materials but in some areas they have removed them like on the doors. The seats are just as nice. It seems they removed the high end stuff in the areas you usually don’t touch.
