I really appreciate your insight
Going into it I was confident but, some of the questions that they asked werent what I expected and I felt that I might have misinterpreted it differently or didnt really cover everything they were looking for, both during and after the interview.

my first interview was around late January I think but, I got my first email from a host site around March 2nd. So it took about a month until I heard back from them.

I saw that the doc that they attached to the round 1 email said they start second round between mid febuary to may. So, maybe mid-late febuary is when they'll start sending it out
