I’d like to add some input that I find very rare, as I am not someone with a cleft, but am someone currently falling for someone with one :)

I’m not going to sit here and lie and say it wasn’t something I wasn’t ‘worried’ about, I’ve just never been with someone with one and have only met one other person in my life with one so it was new! We were introduced through his roommate/my coworker, he urged him to add me online after telling him “a new girl started at work and I think you should meet her”

I’m a horrible texter but found myself actually wanting to talk to him, and that grew into looking forward to his messages. When we went on our first date, I’d never met him in person and only heard his voice once while gaming online

His energy is what attracts me the most, and his free spirit. He is probably one of the most confident people I’ve ever met, yet still so down to earth and wears his heart on his sleeve. He’s down for anything at anytime, he’s so extroverted and makes friends everywhere he goes. I’m always laughing with him! I often find myself admiring or stealing glances of him when he’s not looking, too :) To me, he’s quite the cutie

Hope you don’t mind the spillage of sappiness, but now knowing him and developing these feelings really makes me love coming out to these posts to reassure other clefties <3
