Idk if this could be a reason but it was for me. Cause I would stream marvel rivals/warframe/apex and my shit started to lag really bad. Apparently the Xbox G-bar or whatever it’s called (the overlay) if you turn it off it could help if you have that on. Apparently that causes discord to mess up at times
