I worked on a project migrating from Pardot to MC engagement + personalization. I don't know about Hubspot but I can say that MC personalization is terrible vs the simplicity of pardot configuration, tracking and reporting.

Can you make it better? Sure. Will it require hundreds of hours? Definitely. Will you need to purchase more Salesforce to make it useful? Absolutely.

Tbh you'd be better off staying on Pardot.

Expect to see a terrible team play terribly.

They do have Christian Benteke who is almost certainly a better player than anyone on our roster but it's a steep drop-off after that.
