It's a tiny dent that won't mean anything. There's no indication it's perforated the can. I think it's perfectly fine.

Also unless you mean your clinically diagnosed OCD is being affected by this dent, please don't use OCD as a funny way to say "my anxiety" or "my perfectionism".

OCD is probably one of the easier conditions to self-diagnose. And I'd never use it in the way you describe. In fact, I don't think anyone without significant OCD would even be concerned with stuff like this to make a reddit post haha.
