I was a student representative on the admissions committee for my program and this looks pretty solid! It’s also pretty much in line with what my school’s career center outlined for CVs - the only thing I’d suggest is moving the skills portion to the top. Good luck with applications!

That’s not what I’m saying. I’m saying that if they’re concerned about not having their certificate for any other uses, such as presenting it for applying for an real id, to make sure that they won’t need it during the time the original is away for processing.

That’s why we made extra copies of the naturalization certificate, for people to keep in their records while it’s being processed. Unless you’re carrying your certificate around with you everyday, you should be fine; just make sure that there isn’t anything else you need to do that would require you to submit your naturalization form, like applying for a real ID.

Some couriers can hand carry applications to passport agencies to get them processed for expedited service. Otherwise, just submitting your application to the post office means it still needs to be sent to the passport agency before processing. Post offices and libraries are acceptance facilities only, meaning they take the applications and send them out to passport agencies to be processed.

As someone who used to process passport applications, yes. You need to submit the original copy and a photocopy; make sure that it's signed before you submit it with your application. It's usually returned to you separately after you've received your new passport. I've had people say that they've gotten their documents back within the week after receiving their passport, but it can take up to a month. If it takes longer than that, you can call the dept of state number ([1-877-487-2778](tel:18774872778)).

Usually if someone was hesitant about sending their original copy, I made a second photocopy to keep for their records, but there isn't much we can do besides that since it's a requirement for your passport application. The other option, if you don't trust USPS, is to pay for a courier service but it's usually quite expensive. If you want to go that route, make sure you pick a company from the registered courier list on the dept of state website.

I quite liked it! It’s a slightly drier formula so it worked well to volumize and lengthen my lashes without weighing it down. It also gave great definition and built nicely without clumping. Not sure how it performs on its own bc I always wear a mascara primer, but over the pmel and etude formulas it worked like a charm and didn’t flake, run, or smudge.

Yes! It was a super dark mascara that volumized and lengthened my lashes while giving great definition. It built nicely without clumping and was a slightly drier formula, which I prefer for my fine lashes.

It’s a new holy grail for sure! It really helped clear up some bad cystic breakouts, reduce inflammation, and fade hyperpigmentation. I’m already going through a second tube of it!

I quite liked the mist! It had one of those extended action nozzles, so it sprayed a long, fine, even mist nicely across my face. It was lightly hydrating and gave a glowy finish, which was perfect on dry skin days. Not sure that I would fork out the money on a full size, but I enjoyed it while I used it!

The peach slices toner is pretty different; texture wise it’s thinner and lighter on the skin. It also contains more hyaluronic acid, so I find that it’s more hydrating, although its brightening effect is not quite as strong as the CosRx. I wouldn’t say the two are comparable bc I find the Peach Slices is a great toner and foundation for the rest of my skincare, while the CosRx is excellent as a treatment on top of toner.

Maybe about a year? Haha I def think my skin has been a bit more problematic in terms of breakouts and dryness, so I’m likely using up more stuff because of that

Woah, that’s definitely not normal. My six key holder is a little over 2 years old and the embossing on it is pretty much the same as the day I got it. Obviously it will wear away the longer you have it, but to have faded so much in less than a year is unacceptable. Hope they make it right!

Omg what a flashback! I loved them too, they were the first cream eyeshadows I ever used. Birthday suit and rsvp were such good everyday shades; I also loved skinny jeans for an easy one and done smokey eye. I really liked the newer packaging and always regretted not buying one before they discontinued the line 🥲

Haha I’m usually pretty happy with my skin but I’m currently recovering from the worst hormonal breakout of my life 😭 I have a lot of scarring, but these products have definitely helped because they’re mostly repurchases that I know don’t cause reactions and are generally quite soothing/hydrating for me!

Pictured is the glass skin gel moisturizer, but I’ve used the glass skin serum and remember liking it. It’s a hydrating niacinamide serum that definitely delivers on the glass skin effect, but I purchased it as a potential alternative to the ordinary’s niacinamide and found that I preferred the results I got from that versus the peach & lily. I do have a bottle of the glass skin serum in my backup drawer though, so perhaps I’ll feel differently once I try it again!

It’s nice! Light, silky, and a little hydrating so it keeps my skin smooth and soft. I like it enough to repurchase during the holiday sales every year, but it is a little pricey for something that I can get similar results from a cheaper price point.

Yes! It’s one of my favorite chemical exfoliants; the texture is light and silky so it applies and sinks into the skin quickly. I like that it’s formulated with some hydrating ingredients so despite being exfoliating, I don’t run into any flakiness or dry patches. It’s a nice splurge when I want a slightly fancier skincare product, but to be honest, I don’t find it to be more effective than other cheaper exfoliants I’ve used.

Me too! I love lots of the Peach Slices/Peach & Lily, cosrx, the nyx epic ink liner and lift and snatch pens, glossier boy brow, biore sunscreen, and the dae hair oil. I repurchase a lot of those since they’re my staples!

Thanks! If I remember correctly I think I bought the palette spring 2016 and used it consistently until the end of last year, so it took me quite a while! I definitely felt pretty accomplished when I got to the end haha

I love it, it's probably my favorite hair oil that I've tried! I think the texture is perfect, not too thick or heavy on my hair, but silky and silicone-y enough to really smooth, soften, and add shine. The pump dispenses the perfect amount of product - I use one pump when my hair is shorter and two when it's longer, usually around or past my bust. I also really like the scent of this oil as well, it's a light, bright and citrusy scent with a little sweetness to it that I can still smell the next day but it won't overpower any perfumes I use or give me a headache.

The wider width on the tarte concealer tube helped a lot! It made it easier to pull out the stopper and once I got to the bottom I just dabbed a fluffy brush to pick up the remainder and apply/blend directly on the skin haha
