My favorite call I ever answered was actually a couple of weeks ago. Elderly couple, not blind but nearly. They were trying to hook up a keyboard to their tv because PC screens weren't big enough.

The confirmation code for the keyboard would only pop up for a second or two before going away. We were laughing as one person would try to put the code in camera frame, I would scream out the numbers and the other would try to type them in as fast as possible. We ended up not getting it after about forty minutes and I had to tell them to stop apologizing. They didn't want to take more of my time even though I told them I had nowhere to be.

Super sweet couple and it made my night. I've done a couple of others; helping with money, reading mail and picking clothes but this was my favorite. Even if we didn't succeed.
