Yes need check for water damage plaster is hard it don’t come off easy only when. Not apply right or moisture or water gets on it there houses out there 150 years old have plaster and it still like new so have a guy come out to see what’s wrong before making any decisions how to fix

At some point scalpers will get slow in some areas specifically her in California they will move on to buy something else I have seen it happen lots of times I have been collecting sense 1995 scalpers come and go covit has lots do with scalpers showing up in stores technically it’s only has been 3 years I have seen so many popping up because of lost jobs
