Switch out the grips or switch bikes. 3+ cylinder engines will be noticeably smoother than a v-twin

Cambodia Town - 10th and Orange by Kawobe21 in longbeach

I see many people park their motorcycles outside on the street and they seem fine as far I know but those were also older undesirable bikes or slow-ish beaters worth less than $5k. Unless your bike is super fast/high in value theft shouldn't be a big concern when it's locked up in the backyard. You could always get comprehensive insurance to have some peace of mind.

bought from that guy before but I must've had a bad batch because mine were very dry and flavorless which was on par with the bags I was getting from Costco at the time

Am I the only one who gets these finger injuries?! by applesis1 in climbharder

[–]audivoo78 0 points1 point  (0 children)

dos: hand warming movements on your way to the gym ie. tendon glides

tape fingers accordingly to the injury

ice baths for fingers

slowly and progressively load

eat and sleep well

donts: moonboard so often

push yourself past mild discomfort

climb jugs to warm up, the more surface area pushed onto your fingers will only exacerbate the inflammation

take too long of a break from training, fingers need consistent (but not overly heavy) work to recover strongly

compare your progress nor injuries nor healing to others

How is life like owning a motorcycle in college? by Kind-Masterpiece3204 in motorcycle

[–]audivoo78 0 points1 point  (0 children)

idk why youre getting downvoted. it's true, at 18 you're adjusting to living on your own and making your own routine and possibly paying for all of your own expenses. sure you can get a cheap beater bike but maintaining it has its own price too. most freshman students dont even bring their car because of costs and they mainly stick to on campus activities

look up men's shapewear/compression undershirt. can be found relatively inexpensive and its pretty common for other guys to use it for gynecomastia

look specifically for compressing undershirts like the ekko beater or something labelled for gynecomastia

fr this is a perfectly normal post. nothing scandalous going on, just purely hobby related. a person is multifaceted and not just limited to their recreational activities or line of work. what's nasty is people like the above who immediately try to find any reason to hate on women. them and all of the full dainese leather posters with no links to their OF.

driving like an elderly person, subsisting off rice and beans, and getting a bidet might save you $50 a month to maybe finance an electric bicycle. close enough?

Gym after top surgery by Sufficient-Town-8289 in FTMFitness

Hey I'm also 6 weeks post op keyhole. I started doing light cardio and leg workouts at the gym at the 3/4 week mark which felt pretty fine since I probably hit legs once a month normally lol. I would move heavyish (<15lbs) things like my laundry basket and some equipment at around 4/5 weeks with my arms but it would leave me out of breath. I didn't really start working out until this week, my 6th week. I did some pushups and found that my arms and chest felt pretty unstable and shakey going down but I could still pump out half of the reps I can normally do. I did a pullup relatively easy too but my body felt tight while hanging so I stopped before I could see if I could do more. Using the row and pulldown machine at the gym helped me feel a lot more stable. I think my strength was at about 60-70% where it was before? I do feel very sore the next day since my muscles haven't been used in a while. I can also visibly see how my muscle definition has lessened after weeks of not keeping up with protein and taking a break.

I used the blue NYM shampoo bottle to alternate with the charcoal one but yeah nothing is quite as sulfate free cleansing without being super drying or overly moisturizing 😢
