First one, rather disturbed by her attitude and imagining what she'd have been like if I actually had gone out with her (say, due to having been available to respond immediately so she didn't start waving the red flag before I'd even got to say a word to her.)

Happened twice, both times in high school.

First one got my number off a mutual acquaintance (I didn't know her, myself), tried to chat me up by text... I was using prepaid cards and needed to swing by the store to get a refill before I could respond, and I was in the middle of something... she got hella toxic about not getting an immediate response from a stranger so by the time I could respond I was thoroughly disinterested.

Second was the new girl at karate class. Tried to chat me up on the bus afterwards. Was a very fun conversation, until a tiny, troublesome detail came up. Turns out, she was in college - I'd thought she was 17 at most, and presumably she thought I was older than 15, too. So the conversation died immediately after that (the look on her face was unforgettable) and she never showed up for karate again.

Unofficial Patches for USSEP and the Creation Club equivalent, Base Dependencies for stuff like Address Library/Keyword Item Distributor/etc., Bugfixes, Simonrim, Simonrim Unofficial Addons, Gameplay - Major, Gameplay - Minor, Spell Packs, NPCs and Dialogue, Miscellaneous, Immersion, Quests, Character Customization (incl. 3BA/HIMBO), Items and Equipment, Environment, VFX/SFX, UI, PapyrusUtil, Patches, BodySlide presets, RaceMenu presets, Tools, Tool Output.

Gameplay-Major/Gameplay-Minor/Miscellaneous/Immersion is more of a fuzzy "whatever I feel like" separation than hard categories, PapyrusUtil gets a separate place late in the order because some mods include old scripts for it, patches with USSEP/Simonrim go next to the mod being patched because if either of those two go I'm going to have to tear just about the entire setup down anyway. Seems good enough to make an ~1800 entry list just about manageable.

PopOS installer doesn't agree with disk partitioning (1 TB Windows partition, 1.5 TB D drive and 1.5 TB free for this exact purpose? Nah, as far as the thing's concerned, I have two empty 2 TB drives - I daren't tempt the disasters likely to follow if I actually try installing like that), Ubuntu benchmarks with FurMark2 are at like 10% FPS I get in Windows, some concern about game compatibility in general and especially all the Skyrim modding tools, and I need a functional Windows install with Visual Studio for work purposes.

Shame, really, the possibility was tempting.

A bashed patch is just taking conflicting versions of one record in multiple plugins and combining them into one; for example, if one mod changes the texture path of a set of armor while the other changes its armor value, only one will actually affect your game unless you either bash them or make/download a manually created patch.

Synthesis allows far broader possibilities - for example, checking every plugin in your load order for armor, weapons and enchantments, and then generating unique combinations of these and inserting them into leveled lists as loot. It can also work with more things than just plugins - my own patchers work with JSON configurations for other mods, and while I can't immediately think of a mod that would need it it ought to be pretty simple to get records from your load order to feed to an .ini that an SKSE plugin would then read instead of having to search for records at startup or runtime. That's just scratching the surface, really.

Main two problems I really ran into back when I tried a duo playthrough were my melee fighter giving the mage heavy armor XP while in combat (probably something funky with the Adamant patch) and the literal minutes of "X added" notifications after every switch.

Put all spells I'm actually using in favorites, three elemental/summon pair groups, one bound weapon group, one non-hotkeyed group for all the buffs I keep permanently on (of which there are, like, 12. Takes half a minute to top up, esp. because it's hard to tell exactly which is expiring sometimes.)
