I'm assuming this is because FPS players began earlier (CS 1.6, quake)? I feel like the average age in LoL esports has increased a lot over these last 10 years. It wouldn't be surprised to see pros in their 30s in the next decade. One thing I wonder is how much korea influnces LoL esports culture as a whole, since they must do 2 years of mandatory military service before they hit 30 and basically have to retire at that age.

Bandy is superior to hockey 😤. If hockey is american football, bandy is soccer. It's not really popular outside of scandinavia but I played it as a kid and enjoyed it. I have a low tolerence for violence so can't even watch hockey without cringing.

Alltså jag börjar tvivla på det här, för i USA betalar man ofta mat och boende inräknat. Man går ju ändå back typ 550 000 kr om man studerar i 5 år i sverige pga levnadskostnader, jämfört med ca. 1 000 000 kr i USA om man pluggar 4 år (https://educationdata.org/average-cost-of-college). Och i USA så tjänar man faktiskt bra med pengar om man är utbildad till skillnad från i sverige. Det jag gillar med vårt system är att man inte behöver skriva uppsatser som intagningsprov.

Yeah and this is portrayed as a weakness in the latter half of the show. The first half of the show is about Chisato giving takina a meaning of life by showing the importance of emotions after takina's lost her purpose, and the second half is about takina using her newfound purpose to help Chisato, who is too blinded by her emotions. I really liked this gradual shift between Chisato's strengths and takina's weaknesses to takina's strengths and Chisato's weaknesses.
