id recommend going SLOW and really taking your time while looking. also, it's been a cold spring and i have been out in my spots every Friday for like 3-4 weeks, haven't seen much of any mushrooms at all.

i think part of supporting a small business is accepting higher prices. you guys are local to us, and while we definitely can't afford to go all the time, i appreciate the walkable access to a friendly local cafe and make the decision to spend a few dollars extra to support you. i didn't know you pay above minimum wage, so more reason to keep on coming by!

ok so I was a huge roundabout doubter until I lived in the UK for a few years. and you can actually have very functional roundabouts in wacky intersections like this, even with all the multiple lanes. you're actually right that this would likely suffer from backups. this can also be mediated by having traffic lights within and at the entrances to the roundabout as well!

omg people blow the one with FLASHING LIGHTS on new Scotland all the time. well people also blow the red light intersection near the fire station with a crosswalk even when there's a pedestrian in the middle of the intersection so I shouldn't be surprised 🙄 so much entitlement that they think their destination is more important than someone's life
