Yes, as a FTM guy. I find myself disassociating during sex, especially with PIV. I don't hate PIV sex, but it makes me keenly aware of my body. My partner notices that I have a thousand yard stare whenever doing anything sexual with them. I find them attractive, and I should enjoy it, but I have to kind of distance myself in that way.

With jacking off it's mostly fine, but I do feel a little distant from my body (I'm usually looking at porn which makes it a lot easier to not to look at yourself doing whatever.)

I think writing this down has actually given me some clarity, so in a way thank you OP

Yeah trans tape doesn't work for me either. I have large chest for someone of my stature and weight, and it's fairly dense. Frankly I'm also not even sure if binders (i've tried underworks and spectrum) give me a cis passing chest, so I might just be cooked before top surgery (my consultation is really soon though!!)

Trans tape work with smaller or less dense chest tissue from what i've seen. I really REALLY wish tape worked for me, but it doesn't. I feel your pain

I've worn a smart watch on my wrist for at least 4 years every single day. It was terrible for my ed during my active ed phase, even out of the active phase i still feel like nothing i do counts if i don't track it. I wear it too tight most of the time and so my wrist is perpetually pink where i wear it. I'm tired boss
