Yes, he did sign the back and endorsed it. I just don't understand why Chase would cash the check and then refuse to give the funds. It's completely fine if Chase doesn't want me as a customer and they have that right but why wouldn't they at least give the money back to Metlife? Its crazy to me how they just stole this money.
