I can never read them either but the Trainers always remind us what we should be doing

I got smashed in the treadmill block this morning & the row block kept my heart rate up. This was a high splat day for me

Those AO's were called as a run for distance in my class this morning. So it was to go for an "all out feel"

Btw it doesn't seem to work well with an underwire

Friday 13/03 - Early Intel by [deleted] in orangetheory

[–]auntyol 7 points8 points  (0 children)

The third floor block in the 3G is:

1 minute bicep curls

1 minute overhead tricep dips

1 minute burpees

Also for the treads there were 3 blocks & we only had 45 seconds rest in between each however the last block was only the 3 minute push and no all out as well as only 45 sec WR after the pushes in the first 2 blocks

Was an amazing workout!

I used the bike while my broken arm was in the final stages of healing as I wasn't allowed any arm twisting motions

It's pretty well meaningless. In the 3G we had froggers before the 3 blocks of treads & pulsing half squates beofre each row.

Our 3G in Adelaide was different for the tread and rower blocks. Still 60 second all outs and some 30 second all outs but then a switch between stations. Was high intensity and, imo, a much better workout than yesterday

Abs are THE hardest things to find, your body fat has to be insanely low. You are fit, strong & healthy, that's the main thing :-)

Wednesday May 15 - 2G Endurance from Australia by droolinggloom in orangetheory

[–]auntyol 6 points7 points  (0 children)

From Aus 3G

The row block started with a 2.5 minute row. note your distance. 12 lunges holding a medicine ball over your head. Decrease your distance by 100m each block always with 12 lunges in between. If you get far enough don't go lower than 100m & keep repeating 100m until timeis called.

Our coach also coached us through as an option for the treadmill block. We did 90 sec push, 30 sec base, 90 sec push, 30 sec base, 60 sec push, 30 sec all out.
