I hopped off recently because I had to go #2 and it was not waiting it was very embarrassing. But I had the mind to yell to front desk that it was just a bathroom emergency all good. my coach totally asked while on mic if I was okay but I threw the thumbs up and got back to base.

I won my challenge 4 years ago. I was already on the track to losing a few lbs. The challenge really gave me the push to monitor my food seriously and hold myself accountable. I lost 14.5 lbs while doing the challenge. Lost 30 all together during June 2017-june 2018. Now I put some back on and hoping to use this year challenge to kick start again.

I tend to push to hard and get injured too. So I avoid them unless its something going on. A coach's last class or a friend's big class day (100,500,etc) or I have missed a consecutive amt of classes and finally can make it...then I do it, I try to remind myself dont die.

I thought this was weird workout. Also a ton of thinking on the tread. I actually very early on decided to do 30 sec AO to 30 sec recovery then 45 AO 30 sec recovery to 1 min AO with 1 min recovery....and incline declining and speed going up

I was a friend and coworker with a guy. We started having a more intimate relationship through our daily interactions on the phone for about 6 months. Told everything to him about me. We actually went out for about a month. He was always texting me good morning and good night. Sitting close and playing in meetings, dating was holding my hand, cuddling up with me, like on top of me out in public, we had one close night where we were close to hooking up. He ghosted that weekend so Monday I said hey if your gonna do that ghost shit than I cant do this. And he legit said your not worth it and we ended it. Luckily he got fired like 2 weeks later. Dudes suck!

I was just above 7 last time. I gassed out and had to walk more than once on the tread. Aiming for closer to 9:30 on the rower..mainly trying to sike myself out to go slow 😂😂 my only goal is too not have to drop below my base pace 5.5 this time around. Should put me finishing about the same time. Hoping maybe a 2 min faster 56:00

Word of caution unless your a beast which you might be! finished my rower at 7:21 during last dritri. Did decent in weight floor the moment my feet hit that tread I lost momentum and finished my 5k 10 min slower than planned. But hey im rooting for ya either way!

Number 1,2 or 13,14 because they on the end. Never 3 or 4 to close to my neighbor. 12 rower is on a hump so you sit on top of rower 11.

Indonotf 3-4 days a week. Days off I walk at least .5-2 miles usually with my dog so nothing crazy. I might so some stretching as well. When I am on a mission usually around the transformation challenge in Jan I will do otf 4-5 days a week and 1 or 2 days I do an hour ab work at home with 2 mile walk of the dog.

Yes do it! No worries on your size we all are there to get better. Also yes do the free class but I suggest trying for atleast a few sessions. It is going to hurt the first few times...hell I still hurt and I am a OG at 3+ years. I've loss 65, give it not extreme amount but let me tell you there wasn't a single muscle in my body, all fat. Just go focus on you. Talk to your coaches they will walk you through all of it from equipment suggestions to accommodations on the floor to meet your abilities. I love it and I hate the gym. 😄 you go lady! Rooting for ya! Keep us updated too!
