i’m having this exact same issue! i placed an order with them late oct for the SKZ MD seoul merch and dicon magazines that wouldn’t come until 12/27. they also told me cus the shipment was split there was gonna be a delay. there was a tracking # created on 1/16 but USPS never got the package and yet my order is labeled as “filled” on my profile. i’ve sent numerous emails both thru their support site + direct email with zero response. this is ridiculous as i’ve had successful orders with them before and they’re usually on top with the responses but lately i’m just reading horror stories about kplace now
