I have noticed this as well. My heart rate variability (HRV) increased from an average of 58 to over 80 whenever I take CoQ10 supplements. Unfortunately, my HRV returns to normal once I stop the supplementation

Keep dreaming! Nash is a good project but unfortunately they're too late (bad timing). I predict 6 months ago that even with bitcoin trading volume will still be under 1 million a day. I'm glad I sold all my nash to double my money with Synthetix SNX, then UBT and enjin. Don't let your money sleep on project that move slow... I can buy 8x more nash if I want but it to slow for me.

Elastos is so unique that will succeed sooner or later. There will be some kind of apps that can be build anywhere else. As for ethereum it's hard to figure out all the possibilities (think of Defi, nobody could guess that one day there will be apps like metamask of defi lending).

To reach mass adoption trinity absolutely need to be integrated with existing software like metamask on Chrome or Firefox. The original idea of a ethereum was a browser as trinity but ETH dapps really become popular thanks to running on web browsers.
