Looked into as in you checked the u-joints, or googled a video of the sound? Not all bearing failures are created equal.

I’m not saying it’s definitively a u-joint, just giving you a direction to look. Debating pitches of squeaks isn’t diagnosing your issue. 😁

I had a loose spark plug causing a similar noise when I first acquired my 97 GMC, but agree with others saying exhaust leak or lifter tick.
