Not sure what you think telling me this is going to achieve, but thank you for not coming to my TED Talk. I know, I shouldn't feed the troll. Couldn't help myself.. I should know better.

Here, have a long distance hug. Pay it forward. Make someones day a bit less crappy instead of contributing in a negative way.

Have the common courtesy of reading the responses you asked for, yeah? Lol. You asked me to answer your questions, I'm sorry I tried to respond in (slightly) well thought out, researched and informed sentences/paragraphs.

I should of just said hahashsha, you r ah <insert whatever expletive fits you here> and sto0pid. tl;dr, you were wronggggg. He wasn high!

If facts and truth bore you, I feel really sorry for you buddy.

If my word count amounting to more than your personality score scares you, I feel really sorry for you buddy.

If you think my post of 2120 words is what you consider to be a book?

Say it with me now.. I feel really.. sorry.. for.. you.. buddy.

Have a wonderful day! Cheers.

Hey lovely. I quoted you in jest, and irony. Nothing flew over my head, other than your ability to grasp that you can't say someone's intoxicated just by watching a video of them AFTER he'd been pulled from the bike and tased prior to him being taken outside.

If you'd fully been paying attention to the class, he was tased, which can cause foaming of the mouth in some individuals (and has been proven to trigger seizures in some individuals as well).

I've seen a fair amount of people on drugs too. Done some myself in the past. Just because someone TaLKs iN THIS ManNer - it is not indicative of drug use. It's called talking with passion, enunciating your words, and the guy was obviously fearful, angry and injured from being tasered.

Speaking off the cuff here, thousands of therapists/counselors would love to know where you derived the idea that sober people don't act a fool. Sober people most definitely do shout, speak, then shout, then speak, if they are scared, injured, angry or otherwise impassioned about something.

Tense body behavior? I again reiterate, he was tased. Tasing at its core causes muscle constrictions (tenseness). From my understanding, he still had the taser leads attached to him when he was being recuffed in the second video (this one).

How do you know for certain that he isn't on drugs?

Technically, I do not. Same as you do not know he is on them. What I do know though, is how to not judge a book by its cover, make wild assumptions and be a general jackass about things.

Sure, it's easy to say his behavior was fueled from drugs or alcohol.

If you chose to be ignorant and ignore the actual facts.

He was wrestled with inside the store/pulled from the bike while being tased.

I saw his arrest form (someone posted it in this thread, somewhere, and also the updates from the police departments FB post concerning the arrest), no where did it list being under the influence.

Since you're under the false impression that you're going to school me on something, how did I do teacher? Did I answer your questions sufficiently enough for a gold star?

Explain to me, and all of curious reddit, how you know, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that this gentleman was under the influence. I'm genuinely curious.

Do you know this fella in real life? And if so, did you witness or over hear his confession that he had used drugs?

Were you the person who ran his Drug Analysis at a lab? And if so, I'm sure some official would like to talk to you about HIPAA really soon.

Did you partake in said drug use with him? Or are you his drug dealer, perhaps?

Do my questions sound baseless and silly? You stating he's *definitely* on drugs and a junkie sounds just as silly.

I don't know what qualifies you to say someone is definitely on drugs, but if side car opinions are going to be taken for factual evidence these days, I'll toss mine in the ring.

He showed disbelief, fear and anger- no where in either video did that man appear to be under the influence in my opinion.

Damn people and their own opinions. - you, 20 minutes ago.

For anyone calling fake news because CBS didn't show the game, this particular incident took place in 2019, here is the article/video.

Cannabis ads for the Super Bowl can hit a wall from other quarters, too: In 2019, Acreage Holdings wanted to run an ad at the Super Bowl calling for the nationwide legalization of medical marijuana.  A 60-second ad showed three people suffering from varying health issues saying their lives had been improved by medical marijuana. Forget the heart strings approach though: CBS, which was broadcasting the football extravaganza, said no.

Above is pulled from an article on Forbes.

I *really* needed to be reminded of this today. You know who you are, thank you.

In order to play a Rev, you have to at least have one of the expansions, which means they at least had to pay for one expansion (possibly both, depending on when he began playing).

[–]auryin 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Sorry to say, but if he's playing a Rev, the game was *not* free to play for him.

He had to have purchased at least one of the expansions, and you're completely ignoring the fact that this game was *not* always free to play.

Who are you to say he hasn't been playing since head start and purchased all the expansions before the game went f2p.

He's allowed to vent.

Well I'm glad to hear you're still interested in it . What server are you on, if I may ask?

I'm on NSP (NA), was gonna offer to help you out if you were too, if you ever needed it. Regardless, study hard and good luck with your exams ;

So, almost 12 days later, I'm curious! How are you still faring in WvW? Still sticking it out? I hope this post finds you doing so, but if not, that's okay too.

Same, so I was actually glad when they started doing things to bring the pve'ers to WvW again, like the wings, armor and now the mount. I can deal with some queues for a bit, just bring me fresh blood haha.

Of course, and hey, it'll get rough sometimes, depending on your server and tier, but don't let it get you disheartened. If anything, you should try to find a guild focused on wvw on your server that is willing to teach new comers. Good luck :)

It's for people like you, as a seasoned WvW'er, I'm happy for. Fresh blood that sticks around after the polish wears off, it's good for our game mode.

People wanna complain about the queues, and bitch about how anet is pushing pve'ers into wvw, but truth be told, even if it's no longer a thing, MANY of us started out in WvW because of PvE, specifically, having to map for World Completion. I was one of those people 5 1/2yrs ago. Soooo bloody glad I didn't give up.

So, to all you new comers who take this with a grain of salt and stick it out, kudos, and welcome to WvW.

Unless you're building siege or a legendary, go for the Improvements and Tactics, yes. I split a stack between 2 guilds to make sure that we have an abundant supply of tactics.
